Level Up for iPhone
The short version: Level Up doesn't collect anything. Everything you do in the app — your XP, drills, streaks, badges, and any custom drills you create — is stored on your iPhone only. There's no account, no sign-in, no servers, no analytics, no ads, no tracking.
This Privacy Policy describes how Level Up, an iPhone app by The Rainy Day Company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), handles your information. You can reach us at contact@therainyday.co or through therainyday.co.
This policy applies only to Level Up. Our other apps are covered by their own privacy policies, listed on the Rainy Day Company homepage.
We do not collect any personal information.
Level Up does not require an account. It does not ask for your name, email address, birthdate, phone number, or any other identifying information, and it does not send data off your device.
Your progress in the app — including XP, level, current and longest streak, completed drills, earned badges, athlete title, daily and weekly challenge progress, primary sport focus, and any custom drills you create — is saved locally on your iPhone using iOS's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your phone.

The only third party involved is Apple, which handles the App Store download under its own Privacy Policy. If Level Up ever offers an in-app purchase, Apple would handle that transaction as well.
Level Up is rated 12+ on the App Store and is designed for young athletes training for sports like basketball, football, soccer, and baseball.
Because Level Up collects no personal information from anyone, including children, we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 in violation of the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or any other applicable child privacy law.

Because none of your data is sent to us, there is nothing for us to delete on our end and no request to make.
Privacy laws including GDPR (Europe), CCPA (California), and similar regulations elsewhere grant rights to access, correct, or delete personal information held by a company. Since Level Up does not collect or hold personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on your behalf.

If we change how Level Up handles your information — for example, by adding HealthKit integration, iCloud sync, or any feature that involves data leaving your device — we will update this policy and update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the app's release notes.
